The Simpsons” Writers’ inhabit this building which was brought over from the original “Century Productions Lot” off Sunset & Western. This building has also been used for many “exteriors,” for instance, in the original “Charlie’s Angels.”
I’m not sure how the Turtles in the fountain don’t get scooped up by the Lot’s “Stray-Cats,” or the vicious Crows… But my buddy Alisha is more upset over the Turtles eating all the koi fish in the pond!

Underneath this building are 15 feet deep heating a cooling water tanks with another 15 foot deep spill-off. If you’re lucky enough to visit the inside, you’ll witness the 30 foot drop to the bottom of the spill-off tanks - freaky! Plus all the vintage ‘20’s and ‘30’s piping and boilers...
