Experience an ancient place with Native artifacts dating back to 1050 AD, and a mid-19th century white settler Ghost Town. In 1878 there was a mass murder of Apaches by their Navajo enemies in what has become known as the Apache Death Cave. Apaches hid in the cave as the Navajo stacked up and lit sagebrush at the entrance. This asphyxiated 42 Apache as the rest were shot trying to escape the cave. Hauntings by these Apaches have been described by Locals who tell their youth to not go drink and commiserate there. Apparently these Ghosts are known to grab anyone by the ankle who is inebriated and walks too close to the edge of Diablo Canyon. These Ghost are know to pull them to their death into the notorious Apache Death Cave… Cell phone or medical are many miles away. Likewise, Sexual Satanic rituals have been known to occur here!
